The idea for OmniVillas emerged while we were running our own Airbnb. Initially, it was a fun project, the workload was manageable, and our ROI was solid. It wasn’t too long though before it started to feel stressful. We still loved having a rental property, but we felt that there must be a better way of doing things.

We discovered we weren’t alone – many vacation homeowners we spoke with were keen to keep their investment property but tired of feeling on-call 24/7. They were also struggling to understand the ins and outs of rankings and platforms, while having to attend to home maintenance and cleaning tasks at the same time.

We researched the industry and drew on our strengths and professional experience to design a service that puts both the homeowner and guest at the heart of our business. We made the choice to specialize in luxury vacation rentals so we could deliver a quality service to discerning owners and guests.
